Management Academy

The Management Academy developmental and educational experience is a 10-month program specifically designed for middle management professionals. Our vision is to significantly increase the number of executives of color in leadership positions in the technology industry. Our mission is to be the premier organization for the development of IT executives of color.

The curriculum is designed to provide a variety of academically sound, business-oriented, and intellectually stimulating educational and leadership initiatives that allow the participants to increase their knowledge and proficiencies. The experience is delivered in both a virtual and physical classroom setting.

The Academy staff is equipped with over 20 years of academic, corporate, and executive coaching experience, adding tremendous value to the Management Academy program.

Enrollment for the Management Academy Class is December 1st through February 28th with sessions beginning in August. The application process is as follows:
