Executive Academy

The Executive Academy developmental experience is a 10-month program specifically designed for senior-level executives. Our mission is to significantly increase executives of color in leadership positions in the technology industry. And our vision is to be the premier organization for the development of IT executives of color.

The curriculum is designed to provide a variety of academically sound, business-oriented, and intellectually stimulating educational and leadership initiatives that allow the participants to increase their knowledge and proficiencies. The experience is delivered in both a virtual and physical classroom setting. The Academy faculty is comprised of an elite set of coaches, mentors, subject matter experts, and VIP Visitors.
