ITSMF is pleased to announce the addition of two newly appointed board members, Marilyn Crouther and Art Hopkins.
During a mid-year appointment process, the board’s Nominating Committee vetted a slate of six individuals to ultimately select two who would complement the strength of the existing board. These newest members’ two-year appointed term will commence July 1st, 2020.
Marilyn Crouther is the CEO and Principal of Crouther Consulting, LLC. Her 30 years of IT experience as a leader at the highest levels of the industry, including General Manager of a $3B business, and her go-to-market and operational expertise will help ITSMF explore new capabilities that can directly impact our communities and constituents. As a Certified Public Account, Crouther will be a great advisor to ITSMF as we increase our impact and extend our reach.
As a former CEO, an Advisory board member to CEOs within the industry, and a member of non-profit boards, Art Hopkins helps ITSMF keep our entrepreneurial community top of mind. His experience within the top ranks of the executive search industry affords ITSMF a fresh view into how we can increase the opportunity pipeline for the next generation of Black technology professionals.
