ITSMF is pleased to announce the addition of two newly appointed board members, Ehrika Gladden and Mary Ellen Smith.
The Board’s Nominating Committee vetted a slate of six individuals to ultimately select two who would complement the strength of the existing board. These newest members’ two-year appointed term commenced January 1, 2021.
The Head of the Global Video Collaboration Commercial (GVCC), a multimillion-dollar organization that is responsible for the growth and operation of one of Logitech’s fastest growing businesses: Video Collaboration is Ehrika Gladden. She leads a global organization managing the delivery of the P&L for Sales, Marketing, Channels, and Operations leaders. Ehrika has been nationally recognized for her inclusive leadership development initiatives/practices and has received multiple awards focused on inclusive leadership and diversity. She built a program for diverse talent attraction, retention, and promotion, which has resulted in three times the promotion rate for program participants. Her commitment to building diverse leaders and her executive-level experiences perfectly align with our mission and leadership development goals.
Mary Ellen Smith is a distinguished executive and board member with global vision and strategy to deliver profitable and transformational outcomes for high growth to Fortune 30 companies including Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, NCR, and AT&T. As Corporate Vice President of the Worldwide Business Operations at Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT), Mary Ellen oversees global operations strategy and execution supporting the company’s product launch services and order-to-cash transactional processes for essentially all Microsoft products and services – generating $140 billion in revenue. Mary Ellen’s strategic experience, multi-year partnership with ITSMF, and vast experiences will contribute toward the achievement of our new vision.
